Farmer Empowerment and Agroecology Training Programme

Farmer Empowerment & Agroecology Training Programme

Agriculture is the backbone of many African economies, yet millions of smallholder farmers continue to face challenges that limit their productivity and profitability. Rising input costs, declining soil fertility, climate change, pests and diseases, limited access to quality markets, and inadequate technical knowledge continue to hinder the growth of farming communities.

At STONEFARMS, we believe these challenges present an opportunity for transformation. We believe that farmers deserve more than short-term solutions—they deserve the knowledge, skills, networks, and support needed to build resilient and profitable agricultural enterprises.

Our Farmer Empowerment & Agroecology Training Programme was created to bridge this gap. It is a comprehensive, hands-on capacity-building initiative that equips farmers, youth, women, farmer groups, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and community organizations with practical knowledge and sustainable farming solutions that improve productivity while protecting the environment.

Our Vision

To transform farmers into successful agripreneurs who contribute to food security, environmental conservation, and inclusive economic development through sustainable agriculture.

Our Mission

To empower farming communities with practical skills, innovative agroecological technologies, business development knowledge, and market opportunities that increase productivity, reduce production costs, improve household incomes, and promote environmental stewardship.
